Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following conditions are not considered defects: knots, tangles, cuts, slight variation in colour throughout a skein, or slight variations between skeins of a single colourway. For more information on these conditions, please contact us or see our FAQ page.
Returns
We will accept returns ONLY for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, notifying us of your issue. You can email us at amaranth.fibres@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Item must be unused and in their original packaging (a different box for shipping is fine).
Refunds
Once we received the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will not accept returns due to customer change of mind or mismatched expectations of colourways.
We take great care in our photography to make sure photos match as closely as possible to real life lighting, however differences in calibration may mean the colour looks slightly different on your monitor or device.
There may be variation between dye lots, and these cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of small batch dyeing. To avoid pooling, I recommend alternating skeins for larger projects
All sales of discounted items are final.
